Intended Use:
OneTouch Test Strips are for use with the OneTouch Profile, OneTouch
Basic, and OneTouch II Blood Glucose Meters for quantitatively measuring glucose in whole blood.
- Read package insert before using this product.
- For testing outside the body (in vitro diagnostic use).
- Test Strips are sensitive to moisture and light.
- Must be stored in the original vial with the cap tightly closed. Never place test strips in another container.
- Store in a cool, dry place not above 86°F (30°C) and away from heat and direct sunlight. Do not refrigerate.
- Do not bend, cut or alter a OneTouch Test Strip in any way.
- Do not use if expiration date has passed.
- Use within 4 months of opening test strip bottle.
